Marth was banned for scamming, mate he never fucking scammed. It wasn't his fault that he got hacked, anybody could've been hacked.
This is 100% Cry's fault. Why? Because he never verified it was Jazem, even if I have a user on Skype I ALWAYS ask them to verify themselves on skype.
Also, been ratted couldn't have been prevented since how did Jazem know that when he sent Lyphiard the RAT that Skype would auto run it. It's not his fault, he shouldn't be banned.

Crits was banned for saying he was going to exit scam, loads of you said that if he said he was going to bomb a plane he would be arrested and put in jail. Yeah, but this isn't the same case. In all cases of this Jazem would've been let free, even in court, they would've found him innocent since it wasn't him.

Ajdin I here ask you to unban Jazem and pardon his ban since it isn't a fair ban which Doge placed.

Well maybe one time somebody who you trusted sent a file and it had a rat , and you did get ratted and you were banned, you would find it very unfair. Even if you say "NEVER WOULD HAPPEN", it's impossible for something to not happen, there's just a very low chance

He downloaded the file to get it checked for a rat, but like if someone sends u a picture and u click to download it will auto run the file, It was a simple realistic mistake. When he downloaded he planned not to open but obviously skype messed that up

I stopped following the situation after awhile, but did he ever actually provide proof he was hacked, except for his lengthy story. When i left it it was just at the story stage, didnt have any proof provided. If there was proof, i think its a bit harsh, but without proof of being hacked, anyone can make up a story.
