nobody ever said it was an exe file. Also I think he got banned from MCM for compromised accounnt. Also, it isn't his fucking fault. It's like saying this -

This is the exact reason we have that in place. According to your logic, anyone could scam and say "uh wasn't me, got hacked ez". It doesn't work like that unfortunately.

Absolutely ridiculous! Blaming the victim, stating that he could've done something that nobody does. People verify Skypes on MCM due to impersonators, not verify MCMs on Skype. Nobody does that. Furthermore, his Skype was hacked too so that wouldn't have helped at all.
And yes, it could have been prevented. Don't download shady files in the first place as I addressed above already.
Don't get what you're trying to say here. We have our own ToS which you agree to when registering, one of those things being that you're responsible for all activity under your account, unauthorized or not. That analogy has no relevance here.
Funny. You have to realize that as staff members, we're all on the same page here. I also asked M6Gaming on his thoughts on this case as I do with many scam reports and he thought the same. Of course as you can see by BeBosny's reply he agrees as well because it's in our ToS.
Honestly, I think the only reason people keep making threads like these and blaming the victim (Cry) in this is because they're friends with Marth and therefore don't want him to be banned. I've already seen many ridiculous statements about him and even some vile hatred on his profile just because he wanted to get his money back after being scammed due to someone's poor decision.
