mojang has pretty good customer service. i always get a reply within 2-3 days and they've helped me the best they could with my issues. they're not at fault for your mistakes[DOUBLEPOST=1433960377,1433960322][/DOUBLEPOST]Out of all the companies I have dealt with, Mojang is the worst. Companies on a large scale of Mojang usually have more than just 1 way of getting accounts/products back.
and the "hacker" couldve answered those. the only safe way for mojang to tell who owns it is by using the transaction idThats the problem here. People make mistakes and are human, they simply need more ways of verifying who you are. I could have tried to answer any security questions, names, emails but nope.
