I'm not on any sides here, but you really can't expect them to not react to you calling them "scumbags". Anyone with any self-esteem would defend his name after accusations like this.

Your accounts being hacked/stolen is not something Mojang is directly capable of preventing either. It's your fault for having a poor password or for sharing it. Mojang was doing the right thing by not assuming you are the owner of those other accounts.

I understand that point however they did help me with some of the accounts I still had the gift-codes for. I even asked them if there was another way by answering security questions or what not and they gave me some automated message. Most the emails are similar in one way or another too. Mojang could easily tell if it was me. They chose not to however.

Out of all the companies I have dealt with, Mojang is the worst. Companies on a large scale of Mojang usually have more than just 1 way of getting accounts/products back.
Why are you one of the most rude people I've met? Honestly you would have no rep or anything if you would not have sold account a while back. No one here cares about your input except your little roommate.
