ThraxPVP (Roman KitPvP Server) Devs Position

ThraxPVP is a Roman themed server with a gladiator arena as it's main grounds for fighting. Thrax will be solely based on Kit-PVP with custom features such as custom stats, bots to fight, levels, spells, and so much more. The server also runs on the best hardware for large amounts of players and 24/7 support from our staff team. Currently we are in need of more developers for the server to release on time.

Developer Info (Price, Due Date, Time, etc):
All Java Developers will be paid by a realistic set price, not hourly. When I say realistic, I mean by negotiating a good price for us to create the plugin. The plugins will vary from small, medium, to large which can be low to very high prices. Plugins can be done on your own time set at a later due date. But I prefer you to do it on the date I may give you. Do not worry how much you will be getting paid because I do have enough money to pay all developers within our terms.
Requirements:
-Minimum age is 16 to apply.
-Portfolio
-Must have at least 4 years of experience in Java-general developing field.
-Available most of the week (Monday - Friday) if not, we can negotiate.
-Good attitude, able to listen, understand, and not cause problems.
-Server experience in the past (not really required)
-Able to understand price listing and bidding.

Please note that our server has high standards due to several YouTubers we know that range from 10k subscribers to 20k. The second Owner(MinecraftHammer) also owns a channel with ten thousand at this current point. And if YouTube is not to work, we already have sponsorship's and plenty of advertising areas to go from. ThraxPVP will be vastly large from beginning to end.

Don't work with these guys, they will low ball you on every project and when you make a counter offer they delete your messages so others won't see, remove you from discord server, and proceed to harass you via PM.

Dude. You started being disrespectful then thought you were worth the world just because you can develop. I said specifically to have a good attitude. You obviously didn't have that and then proceeded to be unprofessional with everything. Also not to mention that a $15,000 degree is nothing. If you go to college looking to go in the field of developing, expect to pay at least $50k-60k or more. You should have just said you didn't agree with it and left. But you kept making rude remarks to me and my other developer. Another rule I stated in my thread is that prices will be realistic, not overkill or a ripoff. You wanted $20 for a 3 command plugin, I'm not new to this game and neither are you. After I said "that was a little too much, you just freaked out and didn't like that. You called us unprofessional when we're doing just fine and the progress is going very very well. Everyone so far has had great experience in the Java field and doesn't seem to complain other than you.

Servers don't have to start with $5,000 out of their bank account to pay for the server. We're on a low budget, but I am able to pay good realistic prices. It doesn't always have to work perfectly how you think it should. Also aside from the pay, you get a very good reputation status from over at least 10 YouTubers helping you out with at least 50,000 subscribers, but you declined that offer as it seems.

In your defense, Pat did harass you a little in private message. I didn't ask him to do that, he was seeing the conversation of what was going on though. I'm a nice guy, and maybe I did make things look bad, but we are not shooting down large prices. You just went way too off from our price range. The messages were also deleted because it was in the developer-todo tab which is not really supposed to be a chat. I didn't do that so others couldn't see, it was to clear up chat for them to see what plugins they have to work on.

I like having friendships, and I still want to be on good terms.

What point did you possibly try to prove haha? Your complaint didn't have any point to it at all of me defending myself from misconceptions. And who said I couldn't afford it? It was just a very unrealistic price that shouldn't be $20. Myself and I'm sure others wouldn't want to waist that much money for that little of a plugin. Act your age and get out of here.
