Based on performance? Nice scam. You might say that, however, there is that one moment where you'll say:

"Eh, your performance was decent, so you won't get any pay."

I'd rather you pay developers monthly.

We aren't trying to scam, we are simply starting out and therefore we are paying based on performance. I would honestly not take it that way, tbh I would rather say "no pay" if I wasn't going to pay anyone.

5 Euros a month? I hope those are some VERY minor plugins, if you want anything good they'll be spending hours making it, all that for just 5? Good luck getting people, genuinely.

We previously did not pay anything, it's better than nothing. Obviously, as the network grows we will pay larger amounts.

"We previously did not pay anything, it's better than nothing." that isn't a justifiable statement? It is still terrible, extremely underpaid. You really can't expect people to accept this as 5 just isnt worth their time at all unless you'll be compensating them for all their time when you do grow (Meaning when you grow, you wont just change it and suddenly they will be paid more, but you will pay them the difference for the x amount of months they worked). Cause I spent 10 months for 5 Euroes, I surely do expect compensation when you can start paying more.

I'm happy for a similar offer, which then again you can PM me for and discuss privately on discord (@toxic13d#0664). It's not that I am unable to pay, it's that I am looking offers similar around the price I've stated.
