Throw PvP - Staff Recruitment Thread

Throw PvP is an up and coming factions server with a RPG twist. We're planning on releasing in the next few weeks or days. We will have KoTHs every day or so, voting rewards, donation ranks, a website for anyone to view or post on, many custom plugins for players to try out, and much more. We currently only have 4 administration members and 2 moderation members, so we're looking for staff! I am currently recruiting Helpers and Moderators.

NOTE: Higher ranked staff will be getting paid, currently no one will besides operators.

I would like to be staff member here on Throw PvP, because I love being apart of a community that is willing to help players. I've done it the last time I was a staff member also want to bring my ideas to the table to help this server grow and just have a good time. I also want to become a staff member, because only having that little staff member is good, but when it grows we should add more staff members. Also, I do treat everyone with respect, staff member, new player, old player rank non-rank.

I have this on my experience part in my Resume, but like I said I've reached administrator on a faction server back in 2015. Ever since then I've applied to servers and do get into the interview phase, after the interview phase I either get denied due to my chat activity or just being impatient.

- Why do you want to become staff on Throw PvP? I quit Minecraft for 6 months, which included me selling my old account... This being the worst mistake I've ever made. Now i am 18 years old, i have been playing for a total of 6 years, I'm in college, and ready to pick up a new job on this server. I am very exited to get back into Minecraft, and even more so, ready to take on any task, job, or challenge this server might throw at me. I am very good at "rolling with the punches", being professional, and am knowledgable when it comes to helping run a server. I've had history of being a head admin on 2 HCF servers including moku.us and enderkitpvp.net (both are now closed) as well as helper mod, head-mod, and so on. When thinking of Minecraft servers, I think of opportunity for players to have fun (with a hack free environment) and friendly, helpful staff.

I was first moderator on a Kit PvP soup server called enderkitpvp.net (closed) after a while I became admin, then head admin on the server. Later in my career as a server admin I became one of the first admins on moku.us (a HCF server that is now closed). Shortly after that i was recruited as a T-Mod on BlockPvP.us (closed) which I soon worked my way up to being a head mod on that server. I know how to check for all of the hack known to man (or at least the ones that are useful on any type of PvP server): Kill-Aura/Force-field, Anti KB, Xray, FastBow, SlowFall, AutoClicker, Auto-Sprint, AutoSoup, No-Clip, and Fly.

I am experienced as staff, and I know what to do and what to not do as a staff that will make players uncomfortable, I have alot of free time (except if its school days), and I want to spend it to help someone, I would glad to help this server, and I also want to know the outside community, because the only community that I know are only the people that are around SE Asia.

I was an owner on a practice server, 20 players average, but closed 7-8 months ago because alot of the players left and plays on the new skywars server, and I was an Moderator on a minigame server with 100 player average, but I left the staff team because I am not interested in minigames anymore.

I want to become staff on throwpvp because I have been very down with the recent staff on a lot of servers and I told myself wow this servers staff reaally sucks. I want to turn that arround and set a example for people with staff around all servers. Also I love helping people with their problems its one of my favorite things to do.

I was a mod on a server called punchcraft till I resigned. Then I became a admin on a small server about 5-10 people. And finnaly I own a server now.
