Throw PvP - Staff Recruitment Thread

Throw PvP is an up and coming factions server with a RPG twist. We're planning on releasing in the next few weeks or days. We will have KoTHs every day or so, voting rewards, donation ranks, a website for anyone to view or post on, many custom plugins for players to try out, and much more. We currently only have 4 administration members and 2 moderation members, so we're looking for staff! I am currently recruiting Helpers and Moderators.

NOTE: Higher ranked staff will be getting paid, currently no one will besides operators.

- Why do you want to become staff on Throw PvP? I am looking for a fun, unique experience, and I feel like this is a place I can really feel at home and do my job as a staff member. I have not been a staff member on a server for quite some time, And I feel like I want to get back into things. I also feel like I have a lot to give to the community, and have a professional and mature view on things.

- What's your history like on other servers? I have previously managed, owned and developed a server called RecklessMC. This was a HCF, KitMap and Practice network, which you should be able to find videos of on youtube. I have been helping communities on minecraft for well over a year now, and I feel like this could be the next "Big Thing"

- Information about you. I am an aspiring Java developer and entreprenuer. I also have a lot of experience in Communication skills and making somewhere seem friendlier than it actually is I have been in server communities for quite some time, and I generally like the smaller, and more friendly type.

I've resigned from my position on ThrowPvP. It has nothing to do with the serve nor it's players. So, I'm guessing a Manager position is open now, I'm not sure.

Wouldn't hire this user, I think you were there when it happened. This was the user that griefed the TheHoax. (The first time not the second)

I don't even use MC-Market, I'm just looking out for friends servers.
