Well yes, I meant the developer slots.
I am mainly a plugin-manager.
Which means I add, configure and delete plugins that you want.
I run the server in the background and you get all the payment and credit for doing it.

Hiya, thanks for the interest. Although I was looking to find a more wide-ranged type of person for a Developer position, perhaps we could work something out if you're interested. To get the point across directly, the compensation I can offer will only happen after the server starts earning (via donations and/or ads), so you will have to put in work probono for the meantime as we get the server up steadily. If you're interested with this arrangement, contact me via discord.

Most developers will not work for free for the promise of pay after the server get going. If the server doesn't take off, it means we spend many of hours working on stuff for your server without ever seeing a penny. I'm not saying there's nobody who'll do it, I'm just saying that odds are not many people on this site would be willing to do so.

Yeah I agree with this. If something happens the person working would lose hours, days, weeks even of work. I have done work in the past were weeks of my time were wasted.
