[TIPS] How to make your discord server less dead

Hey guys,
im bored so i am making these tips. i don't know if this is the correct forum for that but meh.

1. Come up with a subject for you discord server like minecraft or app developement
2. Come up with a cool name for your discord server
3. Host weekly events specific to your subject. Or open a community server.
4. Make the discord server interesting to join and to stay in. Do this by gettings bots so people can entertain themselves
5. Be active and setup a reward system with for example mee6 where people get a higher rank when there active.
6. Advertise on discord servers designed to advertise (never advertise on servers your not allowed to advertise on)
