TNT Virtual balance [Factions]

Hi there, so i have a request if anyone is available to do it and id just like to state that i'm not interested in gaining any sought of profit from this potential plugin if it is made. It will be an open plugin and the developer can sell it if they would like to.

Why develop my idea ?
Being a consistent and competitive factions player myself i know the struggles of gaining TNT and trying to transfer it quickly and easily so they can be used for raids. On most servers this process takes a long time and quite frankly it is very painful to do, it takes a lot of unnecessary time to complete such a simple task. You should develop my idea because it would help crack down on a lot of time wasted doing something that can take all of five seconds with the right plugin and i feel that this would help overcome a problem in the factions community and help benefit everybody.

My idea
So my idea is fairly simple.

So on the factions server i am currently working on they have chunk collectors which when placed in the area of creeper spawners, collect "creepers" which can be sold. As far as i am aware this can be changed to gunpowder or "sulphur". So id like to make it so that when the collector receives the gunpowder from the creeper it collects it and automatically turns it into TNT which is stored in the collector and can be accessed or viewed through a GUI. Then the player can either sell the TNT or collect it using a "tnt wand" or by looking at the chunk collector and perform some kind of command such as "/tnt extract" which in turn will take the TNT and put it into a virtual TNT balance which is only accessible to the players in that specific faction. I would like them to be able to take the TNT from there balance and use it to fill their cannons or any other purpose they may need to extract it from the balance.

Now i do realise that there are plugins similar to this idea however most of them that i have found tend to be unreliable or are developed for different factions plugins such as SavageFactions.

However if you know of any plugins that are suited or similar to my idea that can run with FactionsUUID then please let me know, i'd greatly appreciate it.
