Sorry, but I have seen no contact from you what so ever. If you're having issues you must contact us so we can help you, we have a website ticket system and discord in place to do so. Please, open a ticket and we'll look into it right away and fix it right away. For security reasons I cannot just work on a users account from a forum post, thank you.

Orders are instant, if an order is not setup immediately. It's most likely on hold and under review by PayPal due to an unverified PayPal account. If that is the case, your order will be deployed once the payment clears.

Both of the VPSs I have with them randomly shut off every once in a while, I am seriously thinking about switching because this annoying as hell.

Very inconvenient hosting, it works well when it actually does work but I really haven't been delivered a product that works consistently well.
