Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail):
I have decided to apply since I believe that towny.me is a fun yet fufilling server. I see high expectations with this server. I have applied because to be honest, Towny server are one of my favorite. I want to make sure everyone is fine with no problems. I don't want to repeat myself to make this seem long but these are the main reasons. The server seems to be fun with the summary of it, and these are my favorite types of servers!

Do you have any experience with server Moderation/Management? (Explain in Detail):
I have been staff on a bunch of server and it has taught me a lot. Some of the popular ones were ArsonPvP, Sarefine, and TownCraft. Firstly Arson. I was staff here for about a month or two. It taught me to be active alot, to be more patient, keep chat clean, and to make sure everyone was having fun and did not have a problem. I was later demoted for inactivity due to being in the hospital. Second was Sarefine. This server taught me to screenshare better and to keep cheat clean and toxic free. Lastly TownCraft. It has taught me to help others frequently, to help others way more often, and be active. This is my experience with servers.

I will be talking about myself. My name is Arlen and I love to help others. I plan to hopefully become staff here and to help others. I wish as a staff member that others will help me while I return the favor, but giving them the help they need back. Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): I have been looking for a smaller server that needs a staff member that will spend time on there server and help out there community.

Do you have any experience with server Moderation/Management? (Explain in Detail): Yes, I was a moderator on a server that closed called Forest Network, I was also a moderator on a server called Skyblock.us before it then began to die out and the owner sold the server.

Has your player had any name changes? (Please list them): My old ign used to be garrett149b123 but that did not roll of the tongue and quick as garrett_17.

I also love to play cs:go so much and I find the game very fun as for the community not so much sadly. I love to build in detail so I build on minecraft alot slower then most other may build.

Any previous server bans? (Why, please use detail. Does not affect application.): I am happy to say that I have not been banned on any server. I do not plan on getting banned anytime in the future.

What Rank are you applying for? (Developers are accepted with sufficient knowledge.): Honestly I will let you decide, I believe that if you choose a position for me you would make the right one and put me at a place where I could help the server the most.

Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): I love Towny as a gamemode, I would spend hours playing it if I found a good server, I also want start on a new project and help a server grow into something amazing!

Do you have any experience with server Moderation/Management? (Explain in Detail): Yes I do, I have been a Moderator on a network called Minesuperior, it peaks at about 600 players but it is now dying and slowly dropping players. I was also an Admin on a server called ReactiveMC, it also was a big server and peaked at around 1,000 players. On ReactiveMC I was a Helper on a Towny server and that's where I fell in love with the gamemode.

I wear a size 10.5 shoe, I live in Lexington KY as I said above. I also play Lacrosse at the High School lvl, we have won 2 state championships.

Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): I have run many servers back in the day and recently I have been setting up servers for people. Now I want to maintain a server as I feel it will be more fun.

From In game management to Plugin Development (I don't really know Java much any more I really can only debug in it any more) I know minecraft servers like the back of my hand.

Not only in game experience but I have set up over 100 servers and managed many others. I was involved in setup of Mineplex a while back and I am what you would call an OG. I can code in 15 different languages and am fairly familiar with Java. I can manage any part of a server. I know the system like the back of my hand.

Any previous server bans? (Why, please use detail. Does not affect application.): I have been banned on other servers but that was before I took the game of minecraft serious, I have not got legitly banned on any minecraft server since 2014.

What Rank are you applying for? (Developers are accepted with sufficient knowledge.): Any staff that would work best for you and the server.

Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): I believe I should be chose as staff is I would be able to bring many different things to towny that will benefit the server. One of them being how active I can be, I am able to play daily for long periods of time with only one or two breaks. This would help the server as I would be constantly helping players out in game, or looking for players that are breaking the rules. I would make sure that when I am on the server I will be helping people out to my full potential. I often see in game that there are no staff online and a few hackers that are ruining the fun, especially during Uk time. Due to my activity hopefully this problem would occur less. I would also make sure that I am active on the forums as well as on Teamspeak. I would make sure that I would do whatever is required of me. I would be spending large amounts of time daily helping players out and looking for cheaters. This would lead to a happier player base and a more enjoyable server to play.
Another strong point is my knowledge of hacks. Due to my previous experience I am able to identify many different types of cheats some that others may struggle with. I would make sure to freeze the player though before banning them unless the cheats that they are using are blatant. (EG, Kill Aura, Bhop, Aimbot ect.) I would make sure that if a player reports someone I look at them for a period of time to see if the report is legitimate. If I am indecisive or if I know they are not hacking I would either freeze and screen share the suspect or leave them alone. I would try my hardest not to make any false bans but as long as I screen share the false bans should not occur. Due to my activity I would be able to rid the server of hackers throughout the day, and I would make sure that I am looking into each and every one of the reports that I receive.
Another thing I believe I can show as a staff member on your towny server is my knowledge, Due to my past experience I have a large amount of knowledge about HCF, hackers and more. I would make sure that if a player requests help I would respond to them as fast as possible, while feeding them the correct information. This would help make the experience for players more enjoyable, due to the fact that I am answering their questions, and helping them out. I would make sure that I am spreading myself across multiple platforms. I would make sure that when I am on the server I would also be in Teamspeak, helping out players that are in the support rooms. This would benefit the server as I sometimes see people sat in the support rooms for a long time before getting moved.
I am very mature, and I make sure that I would stay this way as staff member. My maturity helps with the way that I deal with players in game. I know certain boundaries and not to cross them, and I would make sure that I never argue with a player. My maturity allows me to understand what is expected of me a staff member, and what I need to do.
Another strong point of mine is my communication skills. In game I tend to read chat most of the time, and I see when people are asking questions and I like to respond to them and help them out. I can handle being messaged my different players and I will always make sure that I respond fast with the correct information. I will always make sure that if I do not know the answer to the question I will try and find it out. I feel that players can communicate with me well, even if a player is not needing help and they message me I will reply. I like to make players feel welcome in game and I think that if a player can talk to a staff member without being under any pressure this will make their experience on the server even better. I’ve always been good when it comes to talking to players in game. I want to be able to make all players feel welcome, and I believe that a negative interaction with a player may possibly sway them from feeling comfortable/ playing on the server again. I understand that a large part of my role as staff would be to moderate chat, and answer questions and I believe that I would be able to do this good, while giving the correct information. Due to the fact that I am always striving to improve I think that I would continuously get better with messaging players/ responding to their questions. I understand that as a staff member I have to be polite to players in game, and treat all players equally and have a non bias view. Due to my maturity I feel as if this would not be a problem for me. I always try to be friendly to players, even if they are not friendly back. I understand that if a player was to be rude to me that I would have to take it, and be mature and not respond with an insult.

Do you have any experience with server Moderation/Management? (Explain in Detail): I was SMP moderator from 2014 - 2015 the server shut down do to funds it was called CorruptCaranageSMP. I was staff on Opcraft for around 6 months working my way up from Helper to Sr. Moderator later resigning due to owner and I disagreeing. I was also Platform admin on RizarHQ a HCF server that was later closed to due funds. I was also Platform admin on DragonHCF.

Yes I do, Primemc, Shaded.gg, universenetwork, mineheroes.net.
Primemc was ranging starting at helper then moving up to eventual manager in the end, I was there for over a year with them. ShadedGG I was hired in as manager and was with them for about six months. Universenetwork was more of a freelance type thing as there was no payment but I did aid them in spare time. Mineheroes I was hired in as administrator and worked with them until work offline became too hectic to meet the demands required at the time.

Why have you decided to apply?:
I love playing Minecraft, but after playing for hours and hours on Survival, Creative, downloading maps, and going onto servers, I never knew what exactly I wanted to do in Minecraft. In Spring of 2014, my friend Aiden asked me if I wanted to help him out on the server he was working on. (Closed 5 Months later because of lack of funds). I said yes and we worked on the server day and night for a month. Finally when we were ready, it opened and did not do half bad. We had 15-20 people on sometimes and after a while, Aiden started becoming less and less comitted and I kept becoming more and more committed. Eventually he handed over the title of owner to me and I owned the server for a bit until it shut down. That experience had me wanting more, to have a place where I could have a good time, meet some new people and become fully involved in one project that was a lot of fun. I started jumping server to server after that looking for a place to stay, but nothing stuck, every server eventually failed.
I stopped playing Minecraft for 9 months and one night, on my computer I was on Google and looked up servers that needed staff and another server came up. I applied and got accepted right away. As a low ranking staff member, I ran the server and made sure people who needed help got it and built the whole map as well.
The reason why I applied is that I want to make an impact on the MineCraft community on a server that will stick. A server that will be there when I need it to be there for me and I will be there for the server. I know that I have what it takes to be a staff member, I just need a server that I can fully dedicate my attention on Minecraft to.

I also play this trading card game called Magic: the Gathering and most of my friends play it as well.

Yes I do, I have been admins on numerous servers that have all shut down or I have left because I thought of the server going one way and some others thought of it going another. The first time I was staff on a server was three years ago and I have been staff on many different servers since then. As a server staff member, I like to have fun and talk with all the people on the server and I believe that my experience with server management has prepared me for this application.
