Transfer Minecraft ranks to Discord (roles) with DiscordSRV

The title is pretty self-explanatory. Basically, I want to give my donors their respective donor rank on the discord without having to manually do it. I heard you could do that with the "/discord link" feature of the DiscordSRV plugin but I just don't know how you do it and I need some kind soul to guide me through with it :D

I myself don't know how to do it which is why I redirected you to our Discord as we have freelancers who can assist you properly and make sure everything is working. The process is quick, don't worry. :)

That's to install the plugin with the bot, this doesn't tell me how to make it so that when I link the MC account to the discord account, it gives them a certain role...
