My side of the story:
I've been developing for this server for about a year now, making changes to pre-existing and making my own plugins. Therefore most plugins on the server are either made by or edited by me. He has paid me well for these plugins, payment for them isn't the issue. He accepted my terms and conditions by hiring me to do so, and in them I mentioned that neither of us are allowed to distribute the plugin to another party at any point without permission from both sides.
I have recently gained enough trust to be invited to co-own the server, with a 50/50 cut of the income. I gladly accepted this offer, blinded by riches he promised me. The primary reason he wanted me to co-own is because he couldn't afford to pay me at the moment, which I completely understood, so that I would put the plugins on the server and he would make a profit to pay me at the end of the month.
So I put them in, and it sold really well. Almost all sales made this month are from my plugin! Everyone was excited and bought it because it was new; I really saved him there from being in a big debt.
To both my surprise and dismay, though, at the end of the month he informed me that he was in fact not going pay a single penny! This was of course very schocking to me. I politely informed him that I would like to be paid or I will no longer co-own the server, as I do not work for free. I also told him that the 3 new plugins are unpaid and that, unless he paid me 175$, he does not have the right to keep them as they are still officially my property. He refused to pay me so I had no choice but to remove the 3 new plugins, heavily affecting the players. Note that he is NOT planning on refunding ANY money to any of the players for a feature that is now permanently gone, a mere week after the addition of it.
I had been polite in the entire process, not swearing and being professional, but he just acted plain rude and unprofessional, spamming me, calling me names. When I went to celebrate new year's he even went in a call with my friends and started talking shit about me behind my back, trying to make me look like the bad guy. I was relieved to know that my friends really tried to protect me and they informed me that all the things he were saying made absolutely no sense at all. Sadly spiny is really hard to convince, so they were unable to convince him otherwise.
He also kept going on about how all I do and all I have done is what he wants me to do, and that whatever I did is entirely HIS because he had the ideas; good luck having ideas without being able to make them come true! I was absolutely blown away by how ungrateful this sounded. I put in a lot of time for this server, making his dreams of plugins come true, yet all I get back is that I was 'just' doing what I was told. I am baffled by this again, writing this to you. As you can see by the messages he used to respond to me he isn't specifically 'professional' himself.
So, I have no issue with him trying to sell the server, but as I mentioned earlier he is not allowed to sell it with my plugins included without my written permission. He accepted these terms and conditions when purchasing my plugins, and you can't just break them. I'd love to link them but I don't have permission to post links/images, maybe in a bit.
If you were to buy the server you'd be missing vital plugins unless he decides to break my terms, in which case I highly disrecommend doing business with him, and you would be involved as well.

You need to handle this situation with the plugins a lot better than telling him to "eat one". If you didn't make the plugin(s), the Developer has full rights over them (regardless if it was your ideas). Unless you and the Developer agreed that you will have full usage rights over the final product, if the Developer says you cannot redistribute his work, you cannot redistribute his work.
Reason I say this, is that I assume a lot of this server is custom development, and if some of those custom features can't be included, a potential buyer needs to be informed of that.
Look I dont care about the server files. How much you want for the discord, domains, logo and the website
It isn’t legally binding, as both parties must be over 18 to enter a legally bound contract. However, it’s still unethical to redistribute his plugin, and MC-Market can enforce their own Terms and Conditions about redistributing unowned content, and banning OP’s account (If a Scam Report were to be made).
what if i buy the server and hire you back?
You'd have to buy them with the price with no custom plugins and get them without, and then contact me for the plugins + configs.

Honestly I don't know what the deal is between you and the co-owner and I don't particularly care. However, I'm interested in giving an offer but we're definitely going to need to use a middleman.

However, the manner in which you've conducted this conversation between you and Nowaha is completely and utterly unprofessional.
Really? Are you trying to conduct a thousand-dollar deal or are you trying to get giggles from a bunch of middle schoolers?
In the end, if you choose to continue with your original intent of breaking your developer's terms, you will most likely be banned from McMarket and the reputation of your server will be forever tarnished.
