Hello, there. I'm HeyItsSmith the manager of the Triton Minecraft server. With our beta launch on the horizon, we are looking for experienced and trustworthy staff to hire onto our team.

-Triton is a Skyblock/Kitpvp orientated server.
-Our theme is focused around sci-fi.
-The server is run by an experienced owner and manager
-The builds on our server are exclusive
-We are mature and professional but still strongly support having fun
-We have custom plugins for our server
-YouTuber advertisement
-Looking for 1 Mod, 4 Helpers and any number of builders. Of course, as we grow you can work your way up the ranks to a higher position if wanted and deserved.

-Must have organized portfolio
-If applying for Mod or above must have a functioning mic
-Must have discord
-14+ for Helpers-Moderators, Admin age requirements are more flexible depending on experience/skill
-Active in-game and in discord

Why are you applying to Triton specifically: My personal favorite game-mode to work with is Kitpvp. I am well experienced with configs and community management, and I would be able to help out the server immensely. My main goal is to help grow the server. Its nice to be a big part of something and see it do well. Since my first year of playing, I had always wanted to be apart of a server and assist with the community. This was when I was very young, possibly around 10 or so, and due to my age I never got far. However this has never stopped me from trying and now that I am older, I will be able to do much more than before, and I believe I can be a large help to Triton.

Favorite thing about Skyblock/Kitpvp servers: As mentioned, my personal favorite game-mode is KitPvp, I've worked with a few of them, and I've always managed to enjoy working more on those than any other server. It also may be that the community is easier to manage, as many of the servers I have worked on have been quite competitive, and that can lead to a more hostile environment.

Why are you applying to Triton specifically: Cause my favourite gamemode is skyblock, and as mentioned above, I got a lot of experience on skyblock servers and would like to increase my knowledge and experience on this gamemode, I want to join this so I can help players grow in this immense minecraft community, and help them have a great time on a unique server with unique features (Just for you to know, the statement I just said was just speculating the community)
Favorite thing about Skyblock/Kitpvp servers: Skyblock: I love skyblock because ites very unique and you can only see it on minecraft, my favourite thing is the grinding theme, peaceful. active and passive grinding of all kinds, the competition you got with other islands/players fighting for the top to gain a prize designated by the server (Some servers don't have prizes but the players still compete)

I have been gone from the Minecraft community for a very long time and since that, I am back, I am looking to work for a Minecraft server to build up a portfolio and be there for the community. Also, am highly mature and I've been staff/owner on many servers but sadly they do not exist anymore due to funding reasons.
