Tropic is a new and upcoming 1.21.x network focused on Lifesteal and survival based gameplay. As we move forward and get close to finishing development and preparation for launch, we are looking to onboard management and a staff team with motivated, experienced and passionate individuals who want to help shape a growing network from the ground up.
This is our first major project operating in the modern ecosystem of 1.21+, after transition from my experience in older competitive communties such as Bedwars and PotPvP and 1.8 era servers. While the core vision and infra and custom systems are already in place we value outside perspective feedback and leadership to help refine systems and improve workflow and ensure we are building the server correctly from a technical and community standpoint.
Positions We’re Looking ForGeneral Manager / Leader
Oversees overall operations, developer relations and coordination between teams. Helps guide setup and configurations and long term planning,
Staff Manager / Staff Leadership
Will be in charge and focused on the staff team and moderation and staff training and policy creation and day to day server ops.
Community Managers
Responsible for player engagement and discord oversight and events and feedback collection and helping foster a strong and engaged community.
What We’re Looking For- Experience with the modern community is a big plus

- Interest in helping configure and organize and improve existing systems
- and finally a collaborative mindset, i like having people who want to build something long term and not just hold a title
There are currently four owners on the project: Me and Flux and Asianrizz and Limo. We are actively involved and committed to learning and improving and working closely with our management and community to make the project successful.
