First of my questions. What is the right kind of budget for a decent server? Like with a playerbase with 200. Custom builds etc.
I know some people will say how good will it be.
I just want people to enjoy it and have fun.

Second Question.
What is the rule on Cracked Photoshop?

Downloading a pirate copy of any software is illegal, although you wouldn't get caught.

hmm... ok. What do graphics designers use? Some can't afford photoshop. Will they download it illegally?
