Just to throw it out there, the term is 'refund'. You'll refund if the customer is unhappy.
Are you the solo trailer creator? What makes you better than others (aside from a cheap price)? Do you go back and fix trailers based on feedback before finalizing and completing a deal?

I do not have a problem with refunding, I'm not here to get problems with PayPal duo to scammers or people that aren't happy with there product..
I may not be better at this moment then those people who offer it for 25$+ but I'm working hard to become better and I do listen to my customers and I will be updating the trailer, if you ask me to.
