Hello people of Mc-Market. I am currently planning the launch of a new MCM development, setups, and build service. The service will focus on plugin creation, building, and server setups. I am in the process of hiring skilled web developers and thread designers to create the threads for this new company.

This thread is asking for developers, so anybody here who knows how to program plugins and wants to join UltraTech, I implore you to do so. Our employees will be paid via commission (%80). Our employees are also free to freelance and work at other development companies, simply think of us as bringing you clients.

Why should I go to your group instead of others with such a high rate?

I mentioned that in the thread. You don't have to go with my group INSTEAD of other groups. You can go with my group AS WELL as other groups. We will not prevent people from also working at other companies. We simply need people who will be able to take commissions when we bring them commissions.

Not bashing at all, any criticism is good as it gives me a chance to analyze and improve. So long as one conducts themselves respectfully all is good.

And to answer your inquiry, those rates are the starting rates. If sombody takes on a lot of clients I would be willing to change the rates for that person. But you are right, I should probably specify for the people that this rate is simply the starting rate.[DOUBLEPOST=1501277987][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes, but I could go with 3 other groups and always be doing a commission, and they all would have better rates than you.

See my previous post about the commissions rates being negotiable for those who are extremely talented at what they do. For those who have huge reputations and are known for being skilled developers, I would be willing to give them higher rates. Like I said in my last post, %80 is the starting rate that I came up with. One could work with UltraTech as well as 3 other groups, get steady streams of commissions from all of those groups. And collect a good profit.

Okay so we have launched (http://www.mc-market.org/threads/224589/). We have 5 developers currently and I thought that would be enough, but with people online and offline, we have found ourselves a bit shorthanded so if any developers are interested in applying I encourage you to do so. Applications are still open.
