Unable to download anything?

Hi MCM

Whenever i try download something, it gives me this error message "Sorry, this download is taking longer than expected. Please wait. This incident has been recorded."

Free or not free, it just gives me this message. Any idea why and how i can fix it? It was working fine up until now.

Contact the resource author, he/she most likely will be able to send you the file directly so you don't have to wait on Mc-Market to fix the issue...

I am waiting to be verified in their discord but it seems to be taking a while sadly.

And that sucks really, i have to pay premium to be able to get my account fixed lol.

Ensure you're staying on this page and it'll automatically refresh until the file is ready to be served to you for downloading. For some resources, particularly larger ones, it could take three or four refreshes at least before the download starts.

If you've waited on the page for a significant amount of time and are sure you're not being served the file, please open a support ticket and contact the author for a direct download in the meantime as mentioned. We don't prioritise support tickets based on purchased upgrades, so opening one will be your best bet - you won't have to wait months for a response, a few days at most particularly for resource-related tickets.

I have opened a ticket and was told that a system admin will be looking into it soon, thank you.

Sadly the developer is not the best at replying to people, so i have had no luck there thus far.
