GG SMP is hiring a volunteer Moderation Team Administrator to join our team.

Duties Include:
- Reviewing and handling player appeals in a fair, professional manner
- Training, mentoring, and supporting moderation staff
- Assisting with staff management and ensuring moderation standards are upheld
- Writing and contributing to staff training & policies
- Contributing to a positive, respectful, and enjoyable community atmosphere
Requirements:
- Previous staff or moderation experience (Minecraft or other communities)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain unbiased and professional when handling situations
- Availability to dedicate consistent time to the role (5+ hours weekly)
