Introduction​

Hello everybody, my name is Surch. I am 15 years old, and I thoroughly enjoy video games such as Minecraft, CS:GO, and Call of Duty. I am here to offer my experience and skills as a Manager. I am here to take the job seriously and get what is needed to be done done. I have been in this community for a long while and know what I need to do to be a successful manager on your server. I am able and willing to serve as a community manager, staff manager, or just a manager in general.

What is a Manager’s Role?​

A Manager, in my eyes, is somebody who, as the name suggests, manages the server, staff team, and community. As a Manager I strive to be as efficient and effective as I possibly can be, whilst still providing a wonderful experience.

Why should we pick you over any other Manager?​

I know what it is like to have to work hard. I strive for success, and I am willing to spend hours working on a singular thing to get it. I’m also not like other Managers, just doing it for a bit of power. I Manage because it’s something I enjoy and I know that I am good at doing it, as well as the knowledge that I am helping the server out.

Do you have the experience necessary to enlist in a job this large?​

To put it quite simply, yes I do. I have worked on a good amount of servers in the past, giving me the experience and capability of doing this job. I will list these servers here. I have mainly worked on HCF servers in the past, however I am open to work for any server.


ArkHQ: In 5 short weeks, I went from a Helper to a Manager on this server, and I am considered the best Manager they have seen, over Managers who do this for pay.


GremlinHCF: I was the Co-Owner of GremlinHCF, and although we weren’t able to open the HCF server, we averaged a constant 30 players at any given point of the day on our kitmap server. I Managed and worked with the staff team and server.


HCEmpire: I was an Administrator on HCEmpire, and we got through around 5 maps before our main owner decided it was time to sell the server. However, in this time, I managed to meet up with and befriend multiple youtubers.


AquaHCF: Though I was only a Senior Moderator, I got more bans and successful screenshares than any other user on the staff team.


HitSquadFactions: I was the main owner on HitSquadFactions. This was my second ever staffing job. We managed around 10-15 players at any given point in the day. I was in charge of downloading & configurating plugins, as well as management of the staff team.

Sounds great, but I don’t have a budget. How will I pay you?​

You don’t have to! I require absolutely no pay from my services. The joy of helping people is enough for me.
