Note: I've never written a review for a product on BuiltByBit, so it could be that something like what I'm going to suggest here already exists and I'm just unaware of it. If this is the case, you can ignore this suggestion.
The problem
BuiltByBit has requirements and expectations for reviews. Despite that, I frequently get reviews, which don't meet these requirements. Most frequently these are low-star reviews asking for support – trivial questions or issues that could have been easily resolved via a DM or other proper support channels. I'm then contacting those users, trying to help them to resolve their issues and I kindly ask them to update or delete their invalid reviews before disputing them. Although this works well most of the time, in my opinion these unnecessary extra steps and discussions can be avoided.
My suggestion
My suggestion is that users should have to confirm these requirements before writing or submitting a review. This could be implemented, for example, in the form of a popup window or a form, which must be confirmed before writing or submitting a review.
[x] I have read and understood the requirements and expectations for reviews.
[x] I understand that support requests should not be made in the review section.

Benefits
I think a feature like this could significantly reduce the number of invalid reviews. Everyone would benefit from this.

- Less unnecessary discussions for resource authors with users due to invalid reviews.
- Users are immediately directed to the correct place to ask for support and don't write an unnecessary review, which improves the user experience.
- Higher quality reviews that meet expectations and help both, other users, as well as resource authors.
- Less work for moderators due to less review disputes.
