V2 - Venemous [LF] Co-Founder or Developer

Server Information:
Region: UK
Version: 1.18.2
Game mode: Currently Skyblock however will be switching to an SMP

What I am looking for is a Co-Founder/Developer to assist me with my Minecraft server. I would preferably like someone who has previous experience with either owning a Minecraft server or being a developer who is able to setup and configure plugins.
For this role plugin development is not required but would be much appreciate if you have the skills.

My budget for the server is 50-100 not including hosting price.
I have many premium plugins and would like to mention I do not want anyone who uses or would suggest using cracked premium plugins on the server.

A bit about me, so I have hosted one previous server by myself however it had a small community but was not able to keep running due to circumstances. I am also a semi-professional builder so all server build are built by myself and I proud myself on that. As I do not appreciate going onto servers and finding that the spawn that I was told was built by the server owner or build team was actually a download spawn.
