Previous Experience of Manager Position?: Yes i was Manager on 2 servers before, ExonPrison and also ExodusMc. They both got in around $100 each. They would of kept running but the other owner needed some quick money and decided to sell them.
Strengths and Weakness?: I am very excelled in Plugin Management as well as Server Management. I've worked with about every type of server and they have all been successful. I've worked with tons of plugins trough out my years of Making and Managing servers. My building skills are very poor, Although you should and most likely will have a building team.
How long have you been playing Minecraft?: Ive been playing minecraft for about 2+ years now. I know all the in and outs of the game.
How long have you been playing on VallyOfWorlds?: I was trying to join the check out the server last night but i had a hard time finding the IP so i haven't joined yet.
Do you have Teamspeak or Skype?: I've had Teamspeak before (On my Old Computer) and would download it again. Yes I do have skype and i'm cool with talking over skype.
Do you have a Microphone?: Yes, i recently just got a New Headset (Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming headset).
Are you able to record?: Yes possible, i do have a recording software (Fraps Full version) but my quality is not so good. I can record if needed tho.
Do you have Bans on any other server:? No, currently i do not. I'm planning to keep it that way to.
How much time per day can you devote to your duties as a staff member?:

What could I bring to the Network/Server?: I would make sure the server is at its full potential during all times, and make sure its running to its Max! I could bring a lot of new skill and help to the Server, I could help relieve some stress for the owner over the holidays (As all i do is Play Minecraft most of the time).
Experienced?: I'm very experienced in the server managing business. I took about a 2 month break from Developing/Managing servers to take some stress off me. For the past month, I've been trying to Work my way back into the Minecraft business.
What could i bring to the network?: I would make sure the Server/Network is running at its full potential to make sure the players are having the time of there life. To make a successful server, the players must be the happy ones.

· Previous experiences in a moderation position » I have been Helper on XyleneFactions which has a 50 player base. I quit for various reason 1 being me owning a network but since I have shutdown that project I am looking to help out other communities. I currently own a simple faction server I run it along with my buddy named Zoxeh but I just do the development side of it
· Strengths & Weaknesses » I have many strengths little weaknesses. Strengths such as managing my time. I am able to manage my time quite wisely. For instance if I had exams to study for I would study for it first and if I were to be accepted, I would come on a moderate the server after I study. One weakness I do have is understanding things I do not want to go full in on this.

Previous experiences in a moderation position:
Hypixel - Helper - At Hypixel, their was a lot of players. I think this heavily increased my knowledge about how to deal with quite literally, upwards of 15 players all asking you a question at the same time. I developed a queue system so that I would make my way round to every user in a reasonable time fashion.
Minedroid - Head-Moderator - At Minedroid, I was responsible for the management of all Moderation Staff. I had to review all bans made members of staff and speak to players about their offences, most times I let them off with a small consequence, as it isn't often necessary for the Ban Hammer to come out.
SkyFactions - Helper On this server I did a lot of calming people down, and trying to resolve issues with out consequence. As in a Helper position at a small community Factions server it isn't exactly going to work if you just kick/mute people all the time, as the community would become aware very shortly, and soon report you to Sr. Staff members and request your demotion. So I learnt how to enforce the rules in a very casual manner, this was highly beneficial to my education in Moderating.
ArcaneMC - Admin On this server (That's a little repetitive, oopsies) I was given a lot of development tasks, although, it being a Mini-Games server, I also learnt how to deal with people in this environment. It usually consisted, of warning them, logging their offence (with clear evidence), then second time round, either removing a permission, muting them for a longer period of time, or a temporary ban for a few days.
(I could continue on with a long list of Helper/Moderator experience, but it wouldn't tell you much else about how experienced I am, and it would also just take up your precious time!)
Minewarth Hosting - Client Relations Although the experience gained from this is slightly different, I think it's better than telling you I've been the classic "Mod on 50 Servers, Admin on 100 and Owned 600 Servers". At my time at Client Relations I was able to meet many people, in bad moods, and good moods. This improved my moderation experience as I can now calmly react to situations where the client/user is clearly incorrect, in a very professional manner rather than by simply saying "Unfortunately you are wrong this time round, if you disagree Appeal at ...".
Previous experiences in a administration position: I have had roles at many different servers as Administrator positions as well although I think it would be more beneficial if I were to list of the things I am experienced in.
MultiCraft & McMyAdmin Control Panels – I am confident at using both of these panels and can efficiently manage a server using them.
FTP Connections – I can confidently connect to a server and access server files.
Crash Analysis I am able to solve connection issues and find reasoning for server crashes/lag by using MTR’s and reading the logs.
Error Analysis I am able to find reasoning why a server is lagging or not performing and discover which plugins need to be monitored/changed/edited.
I am an experienced user of most well known plugins and can easily operate PEx in-game and via files (although I prefer doing it in-game as it reduces the margin for error). I also quickly learn how to use new ones.
