VanityNetworks // Hiring Staff (Paid) [Helpers & Mods]

Hello,

My name is Gavin, otherwise known as MostVisited. I am the Manager/Co-Owner of VanityNetwork which is currently recruiting staff. The server will consist of KitPvP, Skyblock, Factions and Prison. The staff team currently consists of 3 members. WazzyWazzo (Owner), itstigermc (Admin) and MostVisited (Head-Management/Co-Owner). Staff members will be paid based on their performance around the network.

All staff members start off as Helper and work their way up through promotions. If you have a good amount of experience in server moderation you will be immediately moved the “Moderator” rank.

Requirements:

1. You must be an active member within MinecraftMarket.
2. You must have a good reputation, minimum of 3 vouches.
3. You must NOT have any bad reputation on MCM (De-Vouches, etc…)
4. You must have Discord and Skype.
5. You must be 15 or older.
6. You must be able to record & take screenshots.
7. You must have basic knowledge with hacked clients.
8. You must follow all staff rules.
9. You must be active on the website, server and discord.
10. You must always put server moderation before playing.

what is the server ip and website? I would like to have a look

The website isn't live right now and the server is whitelisted. I will be talking to Wazzy about giving some people tours of the FULL network when we've fixed a lot of stuff.

Is that really necessary? You're asking for an applicant to privately message you the application, yet you decide to deface them publicly. There's no shame in respecting privacy and not defacing a reputation.

Seriously, there is no point to that. Why post it? Give me one valid, indisputable reason.

How is asking for clarification of reasoning about a post trashing? There is a difference between a personal conversation, and trashing a thread. Here's me becoming passive-aggressive: If you wanted to act mature, you could have said 'Sorry. I didn't have any intention to deface Dante202's character'.

10/10 - Be rude to other members after asking them to spend time applying for a position. I love that marketing tactic; I should have thought of it myself. Now I'm just becoming aggressive. You have no right to control what can and cannot be posted on your thread, on a forum. A forum is used as a medium for conversation. There's my view. You don't have to agree with it, but god damn, it's your responsibility as a human to respect it.

I agree again - That's a plan for failure if you plan on paying every staff member. I'm guessing that they expect a very large deal of dedication (as in, at least 6 hours a day).

Staff members will be paid based on their performance around the network.

E.g. If you don't dedicate your life to the server, we're not paying you. Basically another way to get around paying staff.

If you want people to apply to be your staff members, you should probably show them around your server. I'm a very experienced moderator, I don't want to be staff on a random server I can't even see. It's like buying a house but not even looking at it first.
