My server gets random lagg spikes when I'm only on riding my horse. I'm sure there fixing whatever the situation is.

Really having 2nd thoughts on this host, you said the support was 24/7 I made a ticket 10 hours ago. Still no reply. Nobody can log into the server. And still getting a lot of questions from my friends. Please fix it and read my ticket. A lot has changed since Produce left. And already not happy with it.

So far not speaking the truth. I totally understand there will be problems in the way. But the 24/7 support is not 24/7 that is something that so far is a lie. It's rare when I see hosts like this and the only reason I joined was for those 2 things and the speed, the speed is perfecto. But the support and relying is scaring me right now. Please respond. I like to be a customer and support this host all the way until the end. And I do not want the end to start now.

Serious problem. Due to the IP change my server has been wrecked. I log on, and it closes as if someone is in my control panel.

There is currently a node issue, if this doesn't fix your problem after 15-30 minutes. Please make a ticket.

It keeps saying Auth Servers are down and this is Day 2 and nothing has been fixed yet. I am getting impatient.

Not my thread but Auth servers are down so that means no one can connect on any Minecraft server. Its possibly maintenance with Mojang.

I can connect to any other server then there's I played MC for 6 years I know what it means but it's weird it lets me connect to any other server but only this one says Auth servers are down
