Very Cheap to Free Votifier Setup (Or Guide)

Hello, i'm in need of some help with votifier and GAL, i can't get it to work for some reason.
My budget is like 0 so yeah...
I know most of you guys want money to help but i'm hoping for someone who don't...
I'll vouch, even though i'm not reputable.

well from 1.12.2 to 1.8 is a huge difference...

It's really not my man. Combat is different and some of the blocks are different but who needs those?

The way i see minecraft is about building and pvp...so yeah, also i want to update to 1.13 once it comes out.

If your minecraft version is higher then >1.8. Galistener won't work, Use vote roulette, It's better and way more customizable aswell.

Yea but you can make the server 1.8 with 1.8 plugins but allow users to join with 1.8-1.12 clients
