I didn't even bother to read it all because I knew how foolish it was. If you actually read my thread carefully, I say how much time and dedication I put to servers. I only get demoted on your average low-key 1 player Factions server with 10 plugins, also with an 11 year old owner. Also, if you even bothered to read my post above answering the guys questions, the server I had put in the list and the other servers I cannot remember the names of either are shut down or I resigned from them.

So correct me if I am wrong, but, err, your bashed me for giving you some constructive criticism after taking some of my constructive criticism. Hypocrite much... -_-

Sorry, I am also not aware of any time that I cussed, apart from using the word 'damn', which I personally do not find vulgar and it was not even in reference to you, but rather to your god complex. An example of when asking to 'chill out' with the cuss words would be valid is if I was shouting "YOUR A FUCKING MORON, Heavenly Shits, this is mind numbing". None of my post was a 'story' but a response to your rather pretentious response to me giving some small constructive criticisms.

You have moved from just being a hypocrite, to actually trying to convince yourself that I care if you were staff on Mineplex, that I am swearing and cursing at you when I am not. The fact that you wouldn't even read my response is amusing, as you could not even form a proper response to me, instead you attempt to reinforce your own arrogance by convincing yourself that I am lying and doing things that I never did. Now if you mind, quote one example where you state how dedicated you will be to a server? Just one (without adding it to the thread). And finally, the only reason I mentioned that about putting more than 5 seconds into an employment thread is that people who don't tend to not be very well received by an prospective owner.

And herein lies the issue, I came to help you out with a friendly post suggesting some things and you turned that into a personal attack (while actually using the suggestions). You're the only one who is making these negative and as personal attacks. Which leads back to my last post, the only post that was negative. If you can't even handle the truth, when the evidence suggesting it is right in front of you, it just backs what I said.

I agree with CaptainJohn. He approached this thread with constructive criticism which you then implemented into your OP. However, after he posted his suggestions, you take it as a personal attack, showing that you can not handle criticism on your work which leads me to really question your capabilities of being the amazing staff member that you say you are. It seems very deceiving if you can not 1) accept some suggestions that overall will benefit what you are doing as whole, and 2) appreciate that people are here to help you, and not everything is an attack on your ability. It is also really disheartening to see that out of his 4 suggestions, you apparently fixed them because you wanted to. You may have wanted to once he pointed them out. Find a way to appreciate the help people offer instead of believing that everything you say/write is perfect and that anything produced by anyone else is completely absurd.

Still, even though I said I didn't take it as "constructive criticism", after I had said that he replied to it with a story of a reply. In that story he called me an asshole and other things. Honestly he could have taken it a different way instead of losing his temper so quickly.

Second to last paragraph.

If you read it, that was an extremely toxic paragraph and shows that he loses his temper and most likely has problems in real life with his attitude around other individuals.

Though they may have not taught you this yet in 2 year old english class. What I wrote was not a story.

I said that people would not want to hire an asshole, never actually calling you one (although admittedly I did imply it). But remember that you never even read that (according to your post). Look, I'm going to leave this here, as I said in my first post, good luck finding a position.

I already found PLENTY of positions, but they were on 1-2 player servers. I have 3 people who have added me a while ago, but they're all in different timezones and I'm awaiting a response. Maybe you should do some research before you comment "good luck getting a position" buddy.

And yes, you did call me an asshole and intended to do so. Don't act all innocent now, please. It's blatant.

Which was an appropriate response. Not to mention according to your post you never even read it. But now you prove your own point, losing your own temper and saying that I "most likely has problems in real life". Just imagine how impressed all those server owners are going to be, now that shown after being criticised and having issues with another individual you take to calling them names and commenting on their life in a desperate attempt to prove, something, to reinforce the god complex build so strongly around your mind.

And as proved by the above, you take literally anything as a personal attack, what I said had no hate or other intentions than to wish you on your way in finding a server position, something you obviously have not yet done. But you take it as some snark and destructive remark about yourself. Yes, since you obviously want me to admit it, I did call you an asshole, which in retrospect, was an appropriate response to your actions.
