How do I apply for Freelancer or Staff?
Freelancers and Staff are different positions. Staff take care of the Freelancers and the whole community, and Freelancers do a big part of the main job of this service company, which is serving customers what they need. To apply for this, just create a ticket at #bot-commands and do -new (Freelancer or Staff) Then, an Owner or Administrator will ask you some questions that will help us decide to accept you or not. And, also, it is possible to apply for both positions.
How much do Freelancers get paid?
Freelancers have the option to get paid. If they want to get paid, they get paid 95% of the commission they're taking care of, and the rest 5% goes toward this service for advertisements so we get more commissions, etc. If the freelancer doesn't want to get paid, 25% of the money goes to me, 25% goes to head staff members (Head Administrators & Head Paid Freelancers), and the rest 50% of the money goes toward the service. If a freelancer is taking care of more than 1 commission, they get 100% of the money on the first one they are taking care of and 95% of the money from the rest of the commissions they are handling.
Do we do refunds? Yes, we do refunds. But, this is only at certain situations. For example, when a customer gives us a good timeframe that the freelancer accepts, and the freelancer doesn't get it done on time, the customer will get a refund. But, remember, the freelancer has to accept the timeframe or else we will get another freelancer. If all the available freelancer don't accept the timeframe, then the order is cancelled.
