VoidPvP is currently seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our internal team. As we continue to develop a highly competitive environment, we are looking for candidates who can assist in scaling the server's operations and maintaining the integrity of our community. All staff members will work directly alongside the owner, VoidlessDev, to ensure the long-term success of the project.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Admin (1 Position) The Admin will serve as a senior leader within the staff hierarchy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing general operations, managing lower-level staff, and executing high-level administrative tasks. This role requires a person with significant experience in server management and a deep understanding of competitive Minecraft infrastructure.
Media Manager (1 Position) The Media Manager is responsible for the external growth and visibility of VoidPvP. Primary duties include establishing strategic partnerships with other organizations and influencers, managing advertising campaigns, and implementing growth strategies to increase player traction. You will be the primary point of contact for the server's marketing efforts.
Moderators (2 Positions) Moderators are tasked with the daily oversight of the community, both in-game and on Discord. Responsibilities include enforcing server rules, resolving player disputes, and ensuring a fair, toxicity-free environment. Candidates must demonstrate impartiality and strong communication skills.
Trainees (3 Positions) The Trainee position is an entry-level role for those looking to begin their career in staff management. You will undergo a trial period where you learn the server's protocols, assist with basic player inquiries, and demonstrate your reliability before advancing to a permanent staff position.
ABOUT VOIDPVP
VoidPvP features a proprietary competitive infrastructure designed for serious players. Our unique ranking ecosystem utilizes a specialized Tier System categorized into High Tier (HT), Mid Tier (MT), and Low Tier (LT). Each of these brackets contains five distinct subtiers (1-5), allowing for precise skill measurement and a clear path for player progression. This system is the backbone of our competitive testing and leaderboard environment. As well as bringing back the ELO system from the older days of Minecraft PVP, with several ranks and sub ranks of those ranks.

These are all unpaid as of now until we gain traction then we can talk about payment if required.
