I'm looking for someone to convert my VoteRoulette player database files to VotingPlugin format. There are 1600 player files. Please PM me if you are interested in this project with a quote of how much it will cost me.

Hello! I'm willing to give you a hand, if you still need it, but I would need to take a look at the files to figure out exactly how I'd go about doing this and how hard it would be.
