Vouchers add on need help

Hello, I am using the plugin vouchers ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vouchers.13654/ )
The problem is when you get it you can just freely apply it. What I want is that when you click it a verification appears that says Are you sure you want to redeem this rank if so click again, Another problem is if you are a higher rank you can still apply it, so can anyone make it where its a ladder If you are 1st rank you can apply 2nd rank but if 2nd rank you cannot apply 1st. Thanks so much. ($5-8 Budget),

You may be able to complete this with DeluxeMenus and their requirement system. My team can help you with this.
