makes no differance you could make a fake deal up in a split second.
True, but they would profile proof on their profile?
When someone is vouching on someone else's thread they have to state the deal they did.
Example:
Bump
Look at what happened to trade feedback tho...I feel some sort of review/reputation system for members would be suitable enough.

It's likely People would find someway to abuse the review system.True, but what would be it? Community is VERY VERY picky.
Yes, that didn't go so well. However, I think a more general reputation system is what people wanted, which is why it didn't go so well.Look at what happened to trade feedback tho...
Tell me about it.True, but what would be it? Community is VERY VERY picky.
Yes, I imagine there will be people out there that would try to abuse the system. But then again, there's only so much we can do. Some people will still slip through the cracks.People would also likely find someway to abuse the review system.

We already have a "general reputation system." It's called ratings, reactions, or whatever you guys are calling it these days. The problem that most people don't seem to understand is that the higher your ratings the less likely you are to scam. Don't believe me? Take a look at the ban list. Count up how many people were banned with less than 500 ratings and how many were banned with over 500 ratings.Yes, that didn't go so well. Nobody said anything was changing. Just stating what I think.stop changing things.
leave the site alone.
Sadly, yes, people use ratings/reactions to judge people's reputation. Problem is, they're nothing of the sort. While, yes, those with more ratings are less likely to scam, there's still a risk there. We already have a "general reputation system." I was working on a study to prove this, but not allowing people to view banned members profiles was a pain in the ass. Focus on that first.
There is always the risk that a bomb is accidentally dropped on my house, but I don't live in fear everyday because of it. The point I was trying to make is that people should use ratings/reactions to judge someone's reputation. It's only logical since like I said, the more ratings you have the less likely you are to scam.Nobody said anything was changing. Just stating what I think.
