Custom Crate System
Voxal has a special crate system which no other server has. This crate system consists of a credit based system with a navigable GUI to open crates. It runs on a completely modifed version of a public crates plugin.
Custom Enchantments
The custom enchants Voxal runs on are entirely custom coded. Custom enchants are bought from a GUI using EXP. These books have certain success and destroy rates. You can also view all of the custom enchants in a very well made visual interface.
Scrolls
Scrolls are an addition to custom enchantments. If a player has a scroll, they can apply onto an enchantment book to guarantee a successful book or make sure that your item will not be destroyed.
Envoys
Voxal has an envoy system which spawns an envoy in the warzone every couple hours. These envoys contain items that a player can acquire by looting the envoy.
Territory Fly
In Voxal, faction members have access to flight in their own territory. This allows players to build bases easier and get around faster.
Bedrock Breaker
Players can buy Obsidian and Bedrock from the shop to build their bases out of it. These blocks can be destroyed by certain amounts of TNT. Bedrock takes 15 hits to break and obsidian takes 5 hits. You can check the durability of either of these blocks by right clicking them with a feather.
Custom Terrain
Voxal has a custom 10kx10k terrain. The terrain was made using a custom terrain generator and is all pregenerated.
Custom End
The end world on voxal is a custom 4kx4k flat end world. This was made to make base building and raiding simple.
Top Factions
Players can use the command /f value to check the value of their claimed land and the worth of the spawners in their claimed land. They can then check the factions with the top values by doing /f top.
Hopper Filters
This feature is custom coded and unique to Voxal. Players can buy a special hopper from shop for 5 times the price of a normal hopper. These special hoppers, called filter hoppers, can be used for farms or other projects to filter out items. If a filter hopper has an item set to filter, only that item will be allowed to enter or pass through that filter. All other items will be deleted. This can be used, for example, in an Iron Golem farm. The hopper filters can be used to only let iron pass through and destroy all the flowers.
Special Mob Drops
Villagers and Creepers and tailored to drop special items to match the server economy.
Chat Bot
Voxal has a chat bot named Spyro. He doesn't moderate chat, he is just there for players to talk to and get some entertainment. To talk to him, just type a message in chat starting with 'spyro '.
Playtime
Players can check how long they have played on the server via the /playtime command. (Also /ot and /onlinetime)
Spawner Tiers
Another completely custom feature that Voxal has is a custom spawner system. Spawners that are mined or bought from shop are Tier 1 spawners. When placed, the player gets instructions on how to access the spawner GUI (Shift + Right click the spawner). In the GUI, the player can see:
- Spawner Type
- Tier
- Spawn Interval
- Time Until Next Spawn
- Next Tier
- Next Tier Cost
The player can then increase the spawner tier. Increasing the spawner tier shortens the time in between spawns.
Uniformity
All messages on the server are configured to follow the same theme. This ensures that the whole server looks uniform and in place.
Source Code
The buying will also receive the source code to all of the custom/modified plugins so that if they ever need to make changes, they can.
