Hi,
I'm making a server and at this moment I use a shared host. Do you think it's better to buy a dedi I have no experience at this moment. Willing to learn (I'm normally really good with computers) but is it hard to learn? Or is it easy when you understand it? How much time do you think it is to fully understand everything? Should I use multi craft or not (what's best for less lag)? Should I get vps hosting (to learn) if so what is a good/cheap one?

I am able to run bungee on 256mb, and it's able to handle 4 servers :)

Yes even that amount will do a lot of proxy work since the last time I heard for BungeeCord server is something like..
100MB plus 0.5MB per person connecting. So 256MB should holds up to ~312 connections at once.

Lately we've been developing our Vybrus Cloud which allows you to create up to 10 servers on the most popular minecraft panel Multicraft and with that we also keep your Multicraft panel updated with all of the latest vanilla/spigot/bungeecord jars you require to run your network so you can focus on your community while we keep your network up and running 24/7.

You can check our our plans here: https://vybrus.com/vybrus-cloud
