In this case i might just rely on a company like beastnode or something, I don't really feel like setting it up and I will always mess something up because I don't usually have that much patienceSSH is how you manage the VPS, you won't get much of a web panel like Multicraft, and you'll be expected to remotely connect through software like PuTTy and use command line interfaces to execute commands.

I'd probably suggest Ubuntu 16.04 or CentOS 7 over Debian considering there's usually more support and documentation for them.

how is it more flexible?Fair enough, VPS's give you more flexibility but I understand that a CLI seems much more intimidating.
Make sure to look to others apart from BeastNode, there's a lot of reputable companies on here that know what they're doing.
