I'm currently search a server hoster who offers VPS from different countries.
I'm also need a api to order and upgrade VPS plans.

Edit: The hoster should also provide SolusVM as administration panel for the VPS.

An issue with Vultr is that you have to send a support request if you want to have more than 10 nodes (as far as I understood).

They probably did, doesn't matter though. Both are quality services.

Exactly, I prefer Vultr. Got 5 nodes, never had any performance issues (maybe a few network issues in evening times).

I provide SolusVM and Solus' API but not an API to buy it or upgrade/downgrade.
