Just a general warning to everyone:

Skill has begun charging back purchases he made from people on the website.

PhUbv8Q.png

This was the payment for our sniper he purchased around a month ago. He did a full chargeback on it. We will be disputing the chargeback and welcome any advice anyone has on it, as we don't typically have to deal with this sort of issue.

We legitimately gave Skill our sniper, spent over a week teaching him how to use it, and he successfully sniped names with it.

If he charged back us, he could charge back any of you, as he has nothing to lose now. I recommend preparing for the worst case scenario, and ceasing any and all deals with this man now that he has revealed his true colors.

I hope that this warning helps some of you.

As I said, any help that can be provided on how to deal with this chargeback would be greatly appreciated. Doge

Why'd you let him pay through G&S?

He fed us some bullshit about not being able to pay F&F because of the country he lives in.

I realized it was almost certainly a lie at the time but we didn't think Skill would ever risk being banned by fucking us over, since our terms on the sniper were iron-clad and if he had done a chargeback he knew we'd get him permed.

Now he's permed though, so I guess he feels like he has nothing to lose.

We saw this coming and prepared for it. We dumped all our cash from that PayPal, and it had no bank account/cc linked to it. All we lost was $3.

We'd like to dispute the chargeback just to prevent him from getting his $100 back, and so that we don't lose the PayPal that we've been using for all of our business transactions for months.

I don't really have much experience with disputing a chargeback from the seller's POV, but I've seen some people who have claimed it to be a virtual good and have shown proof of the virtual good being sent. Programs are allowed to be sold on PayPal so if you can prove it you might win. Otherwise I've seen people try and claim it was a physical good but without a tracking number you're screwed so the virtual option would be the best, but I'd wait and see if anyone else has a better way.

Hope this all goes well. Now that he no longer has to completley abide by the McM rules everyone should take the same steps you have in this situation. This only helps the McM community from avoiding Skill. He's just digging himself a bigger hole.

What happens when you dump all the money from PP, don't have a bank linked, and get charge backed on and lose? Does the PP go into negative? Do they chase you?
Use fake information. It works like a charm.

My understanding is that they will just lock the PayPal and leave it at that. If you had a bank account linked, they'd try and get the money from there, but otherwise there's not really anything they can do.

We'd prefer not to have the PayPal locked, though, obviously.

To avoid PayPal coming after you just use fake information on everything. It covers you from both PayPal and any unwanted guests who wish to do harm by doxing you.

If you've known he was a scammer all this time, why would you do business with him?
Also might want to block out his name.

Great. Now every time I get an email my heart skips a beat. Look what you did, nara~kavi!![DOUBLEPOST=1451189064,1451188965][/DOUBLEPOST]

But then you can't transfer your money to the bank... How are you supposed to spend/use it?
Don't use a bank. Use VISA Cards to make your purchases. Specifically the ones found at Target because they require no means of registration.

No need to worry! This can all be settled if you went through the right procedures when he purchased the service. Since I have many clients purchasing daily, I had to setup a valid TOS and go through legal actions to continue my business. I personally record my clients saying that they agree to my TOS before they purchase as an extra precaution. We have settled big disputes with major corporations and have won.

Usually, when you make a TOS anyone who purchases from you automatically agrees with this. You can show screenshots of your TOS to PayPal and a proof of the editation date, if you are using cPanel, it should say it next to the file of the date it was edited. If you provide enough proof and have a valid business going through PayPal, like us, and have a good reputation, they don't worry about you doing things like Inspect Element. However, if you have settled disputes, and have lost, it can be a problem when it comes to proving your standpoint.

I suggest providing a clear story of what happened to PayPal. We have settled major disputes, and it is a pain when it comes to banks. Since PayPal is not in charge of the chargeback, it's hard for PayPal to persuade the bank to leave their client's side. Therefore, making it very difficult for you to get 100% refund, or keep 100% of the money.

What I suggest for you to do at this time is copying the entire Skype chat and pasting it in a chat format website, instead of Pastebin or something similar. After that, show a clear screenshot of your TOS and when it was edited. Make sure to provide a multi-paragraph story of what happened and leave no detail out. Also, provide the reasons why you think he/she has disputed against you and why you think he is stealing/not obligated to take away your property/possession.

This is completely off-topic, but do you know how to dispute F&F payments, I got scammed for $15 a few months ago, and have never figured out how to dispute, as the kid had me pay with F&F.

Not unless you're over 18 years old and eligible for taxing.

Yes, PM me. Having a verified PayPal helps a lot when doing this.
