UPDATE:

Like Overlord said, my bank, HSBC has confirmed that I am able to open up a chargeback on this situation, I have explained to them the evidence that I have, along with the personal ties such as his facebook that I have found, including his address that was on his PP.

I will in fact receive my money and Overlord was correct, as he is from the UK it will be a £25 extra fee on his part in order to complete this, completely free of charge for me.

The scam section at HSBC opens at 9:00AM tomorrow, I will be opening a report, giving them his personal information, such as address, name, paypal info, and the whole situation, a very nice employee called Carla at HSBC has saved all the details I have currently given them ready for tomorrow morning.

I have also found that he is under 18, so his parents may be taking this one on, which is unfair on their part however I don't feel like giving up my hard earned money.

Nevertheless this will be sorted out one way or another, thank you so much to Overlord for giving me information on chargebacks through banks, this has not only opened up an opportunity for me to get my money back, but also teach him a lesson about stealing.

HSBC's scam section will also give his details over to his local authority (which I will not name here for obvious reasons), from there we will go!

The user has been PMd with even more information about this situation with the final opportunity to rectify himself, thank you for the support guys and it looks like this situation will be sorted after all!

Netflix when he attempted to charge back, why would you not just refund? You sent nothing to him, so no point in keeping his money?

Assholes. He's sitting here arguing over pedantics and being a prick rather than addressing the issue. No feeling of guilt.

I swear, the majority of the kids on this site fit the definition of being psychopaths. I'd personally be pretty scared hanging around here.

UPDATE:

I have reversed the payments through my bank like Overlord said and got all my money back, not only that but because I have a business account over at HSBC, their fraud department is going to be taking this as a fraudulent act towards them as they have just lost money due to this user's scamming, I have given a lot of evidence.

Turns out they don't fuck about.

He also sent me a message on facebook earlier on last night:

f38082023adf02bc256d4c44477da007.png

This has also been used to further prove that these two accounts are linked, as he messaged me on facebook almost 30 seconds after messaging me something similar on here. So he has not done himself any favors.

The best part about all this is that the Fraud department will be doing all the work for me (perks of my account), I think that for the first time on this site a scammer will actually be brought to justice and will see actual repercussions for his actions, even for something as silly as $37.

SIDE NOTE

Netflix yes my friends know I own a programming agency and code for a living, they also know that 60% of my job is minecraft, however I make more money per month than all of them combined, then probably times two (Hence why my bank is more than happy to work closely with me on this, there's a lot of money going in and out of that account per month), I don't have any of the typical financial issues someone my age has because of this.

I probably get more respect because I own my own business at the age of 18 and have since I was 15, turning a kid's game into money that you wish you could earn, because I don't have to steal from people for financial gain.

So no I don't get bullied.
But I'm sorry that you were turned into a living meme by your school and you're too weak to defend yourself /:

Victory for the good.

Gave me something to read for once, post more Mat

That's it so far.

Shall provide updates though, he sent me a lot of sarcastic messages last night, urging me to get into contact with my bank:

So I did :D

I'm sure he regrets his ways now...

lol, what a retard. Now he's gonna get a fine by PayPal for incurring a bank chargeback.

PayPal also has to take action in response. I also have business accounts; I've noticed that, specifically, Barclays and HSBC take actual action with the bank the amount was paid to, in attempt to combat fraud. They're some of the better banks for business accounts.

Also, that guy is a retard if he thinks PayPal is going to fight for him. He can make *any* response and the bank will always side with you, unless there is serious proof to show you're fraudulent. You pay the bank money by paying them fees and holding your money with them. The other party doesn't give them jack shit. PayPal will send the response he provides, the response will be denied, PayPal will tell him to fuck off lol.
