Ways to get my SMP to be more "unique" anything helps

I really wanna find more ways to make my smp or any smp more "unique" for my public server

I got a few ideas but need help in find a "core" mechanic that will make it fun

i'm adding dungeon's in the future which is gonna be fun and awesome but wanna know more ideas

we have skills, quest, lands, custom enchants and stuff but wanna find something different

if you can help me think of stuff lmk!

The players have a mutual reason to care about the world at large, rather than just their own progression. A "core" could be something like a living world system where the actions of players in the world actually change over time.
A server-wide progression or storyline.
It can be created using events.
Player-driven economy, or factions.
Unique risk versus reward zones
This is if the mechanic will make players interact with each other.

take inspiration from other server always try to do unique and do event regularly
if u want to increase member do promotion through YouTube creator
even if ur server not that good but that creator will help u increase your server activeness drastically
