Hey all. I had a quick question. I wanted to make a website for my hosting company. This would involve a normal website and WHCMS.

Would using Bootstrap to assist me be considered cheating in you opinion or unprofessional?

If you are wanting to be professional I wouldn't use a bootstrap. I'd rather build everything from scratch so I understand how each element works and what are you looking to use the bootstrap for? Themes or JS

Well for the WHCMS I would be using it as a theme. Specifically a material design theme.

Using Bootstrap would never be considered "cheating" nor unprofessional. Bootstrap is a framework that is intended to speed up your workflow.

Use whatever technology or method of development you believe is best for your own workflow and for this project.

Thank you for your advice. I'm going to continue to develop my WHCMS using Bootstrap. :)
