Hi, I need a web dev for a huge project.

You won't be paid since it's a partner-partner job. I need somebody who has experience with a lot of html things.
Don't tag 1amdev since he requests a payment, and I'm not paying so yeah.

I'm explaining the project in a PM
I need a dev who's willing to work *FULL-TIME AND DEDICATE THEIR TIME TO THIS PROJECT*
All the devs I've exed work with will not dedicate.

This is a HUGE project.

Ok, so firstly, this is a PARTNERSHIP. 50-50 is fair, sure if you worked for the first bit of the project I would make it 80-20 for you, but since it's a partnership it's going to be 50-50.
So stop fucking trashing this thread, if you're not interested in becoming my partner GTFO this thread

also, there's NO point of me getting like 5% and the dev getting 95%, i might as well leave?
that's the whole point of a PARTNERSHIP. Also 99% of partnerships are 50-50 no matter HOW much you invest, that's the whole point of a PARTNER

I never said "I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY", just personally I like having a partner better then buying a web developer

Most people will not take jobs with the promise of being paid in the future because 1) they don't know who you are or how trustworthy you are and 2) there is no guarantee you will succeed or make money. If all you are providing is an idea and are just fronting the money for other costs, then it makes little sense from a developer's standpoint to work with you considering that the developer could come up with their own idea and use their own money to fund it.

I'm just trying to give you how it looks from a developer's perspective. Good luck in your search.
