Greetings,
I was looking for a web developer for a project I wanted to launch soon. The developer who wants to take the job has to have extensive knowledge in nodejs and jackpot sites. We will sign a paypal contract so the developer has to have a verified paypal account with a linked bank. Thank you for your time :)

Sure, but do acknowledge that that scam report was resolved and I had refunded the funds at the clients will.

Some of the most reliable and skilled developers on MCM have had scam reports against them because of little kids who can't read a TOS or understand what words mean and feel like they've been scammed, doesn't mean those developers are scammers. After all, he'd probably be banned if he was an issue.

Onto the actual topic, do you have a rough budget?

Its not about the trust, if someone has filled a scam report, he didn't egt satisfied with his work or he had some bad time with him. I totally care about this because if my dev doesn't report me back or doesn't respond for 2 weeks, I would have filled that scam report long time ago. I don't want to blame him, but I am %90 sure if there was no scam report, he wouldn't pay the money back. No offence please, I am talking of my experience.

When we come to the budget, I would want to talk this in private, with the developer himself, or his/her manager.
