Heyo,

I'm looking to hire a web developer with a good grasp of PHP programming to create a website. I have databases, web host, domain, etc, just need the developer to get this done. Essentially, it's "primary function" will be to take in a text file upload, and to gather, sort, and display data from it, along with some simple front-end GUI stuff. More will be explained if I'm contacted.

After talking to some other web dev friends of mine, I believe the price will be somewhere between 50-100$ for this, so that's what I'm offering.
