Hello, I am offering a complete web development package for 10$. This package includes, Homepage/Portal, MySQL Databases, Forums/XenForo. I use HTML5 and CSS3, to make the site look very sleek/clean. I request that before I do anything, you must pay half up front, or a fraction of the cost upfront, this is so I do not do all of this work, just to have someone leave with my work. Just some tips, make your thread look nicer, add some images, maybe link to your website if you have one and show us a portfolio?
