1. Recently our Engineering team are updating the servers and adding additional units and configuring the databases and updating our new billing panel.
2. Automatically, Cpanel Set the Permissions of the file https://billing.alphahost.us/bb-config.php to 644 Which will enable us to transfer some of our clients to our new database center is Los Angeles. Cpanel is only supposed to do this for only 3 seconds. Enough time to copy the string line of code. After 5 seconds Cpanel changed it back to 640 (which disables web read)
3. CPanel successfully transferred the databases.

Protecting our user's privacy is our number 1 priority. Making sure that your private information and paypal account information is our number one priority. Due to the minor but critical incident discovered by IDiegoGameplay. We are here to assure you that no one and nothing was leaked or no one has explicitly accessed our database servers, we lokked into our database access log and see that no one except our ip has access to it. We are assured that the issue is fixed and will never happen again. Please do not panic and our support staff are here to help you if you need any thing else.

As said in the email. The migration of the client panel does not affect your services in any way. Please Check with google or let them talk with us so we can further help you. Adsense may invalidate your Request in many ways. This is common and we have a dedicated team in helping our customers in adsense.

there are issues. this:
You have some serious DNS issues so googlebot can't reach your site. Awsnap fileviewer can't reach your site either. A check with INTODNS shows the issues... you need your host to do some major fixes. See INTODNS link at..

But we do not block google bot for SEO. only DNS CHECKERS

This is not a problem with our end. Please request with google to do a manual "re-checking of your website". This is not an issue with our end its an issue with google's end. We have many customers using The adsense platform and they were successfull in their application. Please call google on regards to this matter.[DOUBLEPOST=1489837514][/DOUBLEPOST]

I have moved this thread into the webmaster's forum as this is more of a Website/Hosting issue and not a google search issue.

I recommend to change hosts then.... They clearly do not know what they are doing it appears. The DNS checking tools are very reliable and I've checked on 3 systems and all 3 can't see the site's servers. So, it will be a perpetual fail on google. Which then is a waste of your monies since the site can not be indexed as is. Here are a couple more screen shots and associated links to the other 2 checking tools I have used.....

We have already talked with the customer and we're aware of his situation and were in talks with google regarding this situation. Again were sorry on what situation you are in right now. Again we clarified that since ips of those DNS lookup services are block some of their functions will return a failed result. But the simple way of Verifying DNs is to visit the site if you can visit the site then you are assured that DNS is working, because without dns you cannot actually visit the site. This is not an issue with our side and it is not an issue with our servers, as your host it is our responsibility to make sure you're satisfied. We are now in talks in google. In the meantime, try using alternatives than google.
