I will say that does suck, and I really hope things get better, but if you are worried about the number of accidents and deaths from car crashes, 3,287 die in America every day from them, so 1k a year isn’t that crazy.

A few days ago, two students were run over by 2 buses racing each other in Bangladesh. This small incident has caused a huge impact - students are now gathered and protest, they want to make the roads safer. However, the government is tota shit, they do nothing, and actually arrested those who support this protest and spread the word.

A reported for Al Jazeera was arrested for talking about how democratic countries have full civilian rights to do these, and the largest Bangladeshi YouTuber was arrested as well for doing similiar actions and spreading more knowledge about this incident. It's now on BBC News, and the hashtags has over 1,000 posts, be sure to look at it.
