What a Prison Spawn needs to have?

I was wondering once the same thing...
You see prison spawns are quite complicated and there are a lot of things which can be in it but it all depends on what server owner actually needs. Some needs a shop area but some other don't need a shop but need like 50 prison cells or custom pvp areas or secret rooms...and there can be many more things.
I suggest you to go to a prison server and play it for a few weeks because you cannot build a good build if you don't know the game for which it will be used.

Even with the above it varies hugely.
I believe there's a difference between whether or not the owner decides to use a plotworld instead of a cell system, and on whether it's OPPrison or Non-OP.
